The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is a federal law that provides eligible employees of covered employers with unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons.

  • Naturally, a checklist of employer and employee qualifying criteria, along with the employer obligations to comply with FMLA;
  • Return to Work Form;
  • FMLA Poster and General Notice; and
  • A number of forms and notices that must be provided to the employee upon request for leave.
